Refund policy

We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed policy to ensure that all of our customers are 100% pleased with their purchases and products we have curated for you. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a product from K.E.K Hair + Body, we would be happy to assist you.

We will honor a full refund/exchange of your product within 15 days of receiving your package. Your refund/exchange will include complimentary shipping costs if returning. Once your return is approved, we will issue a return label via the email you provided to us in the return portal. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email once complete.

Damaged Items

It is our promise to always strive to do better. If, for any reason, you received a product that was damaged, please email us photos of how your package arrived + photos of the damaged item(s). This will ensure expedited replacements. Unfortunately, we will not be able to approve replacement items, if applicable images are not provided. Please contact us via email at hello@kekhairandbody.com within 72 hours of receiving your damaged product.
