Order Processing and Delivery

When applicable your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 48 hours to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipments will be sent using USPS and UPS. Shipping times are dependent on the location of our main fulfillment center.

If you have not received your order, the order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at hello@kekhairandbody.com. Please review our. Return and Exchange Policy for additional information.

You agree that we may charge you any sales taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.

When tracking your shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

If you did not receive it, please email us and we will provide you with your tracking number.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50.00 USD for customers in the United States will receive free standard shipping. This is applicable to orders placed on our retail site www.kekhairandbody.com only.
